I see chevron patterns everywhere on Pinterest but I haven’t used the design in any of my projects.  I wasn’t sure I liked it all that much until I saw this fabric at Hobby Lobby last week and I bought a yard.  The fabric is 100% cotton twill in a soft gray on an antique white background!

Well, you know the drill…  I gathered my supplies and started to bring my idea to fruition!

Supplies:  MDF board painted with flat gray spray paint, upholstery nails, chevron fabric and an 8 x 10 photo favorite.

I trimmed the fabric and frayed the edges. I attached the fabric to the board with my new Fabri-Tac adhesive.

I used upholstery nails to attach the photo to the fabric and board, securing each corner of the photo.
