“Hope sees the invisible,

feels the intangible

and achieves the impossible.”

We are in the final stretch preparing for the Ann’s Hope annual 5K run and 3K walk at the Milwaukee County Zoo on Sunday, May 20.  All the details available on here:    Ann’s Hope Foundation for Melanoma.  Join us!

This week all my projects will be rooted in the word hope.  I am working on vases today with the intent of sprinkling fresh flowers at the registration tables. Using my new Silhouette Cameo, I cut templates and used both paint and glass etching cream to imprint hope on the glass.

Ann’s Hope is the only melanoma foundation in the state of Wisconsin raising funds for melanoma research and education. The foundation is dedicated to creating a community for those affected by melanoma and ultimately a cure for melanoma.

I started by painting a couple vases, with mixed results. Statistically: one fail, one success!

The painted version.

Growing hope since 2005 when Ann’s Hope was founded.
